Purpose and Importance of the Course: Mindfulness-based self-compassion practices have been used in many areas in recent years, and their impact on patients, relatives, and nurses is an undeniable approach. The supportive role of mindfulness-based self-compassion practices has an essential place in the clinical process so that oncology nurses can cope with the difficulties they encounter in the clinic, manage the care process more actively, support themselves spiritually, and increase their psychological resilience to avoid burnout and compassion fatigue. For these reasons, the purpose of this course is for oncology nurses to protect themselves spiritually and to gain practical skills in both their daily and work areas.

Advances in cancer treatment have increased survival rates; however, this is accompanied by a rise in the incidence of primary tumor-related pain and treatment-induced pain syndromes. Basic Level Stem Cell Transplant Nursing Course

Aim and Importance of the Course: The basic level stem cell transplantation course aims to improve the knowledge and skills of healthcare professionals involved in this process. Stem cell transplantation is one of the most advanced treatment modalities in modern medicine and is a complex process that should be carried out with a multidisciplinary approach. During the course, a comprehensive education will be provided starting from the basic principles of stem cell transplantation to patient and donor evaluation, mobilization and apheresis procedures, management of post-transplant side effects and patient care. Participants will learn about nursing management of clinical and psycho-social problems that arise in this process and their roles and responsibilities within the multidisciplinary team and learn to increase their effectiveness in stem cell transplantation practices.

Laughter Yoga Course

Purpose and Importance of the Course: The effect of smiling and laughter on nurses, patients and relatives in coping with burnout and stress is an undeniable approach. The supportive role of smiling and laughter practices with a foundation of awareness has an important place in the clinical process in order for oncology nurses to cope with the difficulties they encounter in the clinic, to manage the care process more actively, to support themselves spiritually in order not to experience depression and burnout and to increase their psychological resilience. For these reasons, the purpose of this course is for nurses to gain practical skills in their own lives, patients, relatives and their surroundings by resonating with sounds in spiritual, mental and physical healing with laughter yoga.
