The supportive role of mindfulness-based self-compassion practices has an essential place in the clinical process so that oncology nurses can cope with the difficulties they encounter in the clinic, manage the care process more actively, support themselves spiritually, and increase their psychological resilience to avoid burnout and compassion fatigue. For these reasons, the purpose of this course is for oncology nurses to protect themselves spiritually and to gain practical skills in both their daily and work areas.

In this context, it is very important for paediatric oncology nurses to provide nursing care with evidence-based practices. Therefore, the aim of this course is to provide the necessary knowledge and skills for evidence-based practices in paediatric oncology nursing.

Stem cell transplantation is one of the most advanced treatment modalities in modern medicine and is a complex process that should be carried out with a multidisciplinary approach. During the course, a comprehensive education will be provided starting from the basic principles of stem cell transplantation to patient and donor evaluation, mobilization and apheresis procedures, management of post-transplant side effects and patient care. Participants will learn about nursing management of clinical and psycho-social problems that arise in this process and their roles and responsibilities within the multidisciplinary team and learn to increase their effectiveness in stem cell transplantation practices.

For these reasons, the purpose of this course is for nurses to gain practical skills in their own lives, patients, relatives and their surroundings by resonating with sounds in spiritual, mental and physical healing with laughter yoga.
